settled on Paul to manage my property after reviewing many other agents around the place. Was impressed with how he presented his company via email very comprehensively and efficiently. The whole journey with Paul has been great. He's one of those agents with whom you can 'set and forget'. He's been taking care of repairs efficiently, especially great for landlords who don't want to spend time worrying about those kind of things. He's also been great to give advice where he thinks might affect rentability, rental price etc so this has come in very handy. All in all very happy with Paul's service.
